My family and friends are scattered all over the world, so I use Xanga as a
way of staying in touch with people that I can’t talk to every day. The
fact that they can go and see what I’ve been doing and thinking every day
even if they can’t afford to always call me, or match the time zones so we
can talk on chat programs, is a wonderful thing and helps us stay close over
the distance. I also travel a lot, so my Xanga helps my friends and family
know that I’ve arrived safely and what adventures I’m up to now!
